1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
- Have a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
Non-returnable items include:
- Software, digital downloads, or activation keys.
- Perishable goods (e.g., batteries after use).
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Opened or used personal care items (e.g., earphones, grooming kits).
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Our team will review and approve eligible returns.
You will be guided to ship the product back to us or schedule a pickup where applicable.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa, bank transfer, card).
- In some cases, you may opt for store credit or an exchange instead.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective, damaged, or not as described.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared:
- Recheck your bank/mobile money account.
- Contact your payment provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
