You can trade in the following categories of devices:

Select Accessories (e.g., headphones, power banks – must be functional)
Note: Items must be genuine, not blacklisted, and free from any financing or ownership disputes.

Step 1: Submit a Trade-In Request
Visit our Trade-In Page and:
Select the product category
Fill in device details (brand, model, condition)
Upload clear photos of the item
Provide your contact information
Step 2: Receive an Offer
Our team will review your submission and email you a trade-in quote within 1–2 business days.
Step 3: Send Us Your Device
If you accept the offer:
We’ll provide pickup instructions or drop-off points
Carefully pack your device and send it in
Step 4: Get Paid or Redeem Credit
After inspection:
You’ll receive store credit, cashback via M-Pesa, or a discount code
If the item doesn’t match your submission, we’ll notify you before finalizing

Devices must be yours to trade, with no legal encumbrances
We do not accept stolen or counterfeit goods
Final trade-in value may change after physical inspection
Once approved and credited, the trade-in is non-reversible
If your device is rejected, we will offer to return it at your cost or recycle it safely
