Step 2: Receive an Offer

Our team will review your submission and email you a trade-in quote within 1–2 business days.

Step 3: Send Us Your Device

If you accept the offer:

• We’ll provide pickup instructions or drop-off points

• Carefully pack your device and send it in

Step 4: Get Paid or Redeem Credit

After inspection:

• You’ll receive store credit, cashback via M-Pesa, or a discount code

• If the item doesn’t match your submission, we’ll notify you before finalizing
