At Clicknbuy Technologies, we aim to make payments fast, secure, and transparent. Whether you’re a vendor selling electronics, a service provider, or an affiliate partner, this article explains how and when you’ll receive your earnings.
🛒 1. Who Can Receive Payments?
You’re eligible to receive payments if you are:
A registered vendor or supplier on our marketplace
A service provider contracted by Clicknbuy
An affiliate partner enrolled in our commission program
All recipients must have a verified account with accurate contact and payment information.
📝 2. Setting Up Your Payment Details
Before you can get paid, make sure you’ve completed the following:
Create an account on Clicknbuy Vendor Portal (or as directed by our team).
Submit payment details, including:
Registered business or personal name
Bank account number or M-Pesa number
National ID or Business Registration certificate (if required)
Agree to the vendor or affiliate agreement, outlining terms and commission rates.
Once verified, your account will be approved for payouts.
⏰ 3. Payment Schedule
We process payments on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on your contract type.

Vendors | Weekly | 3–5 business days after sale is confirmed & item delivered |
Service Providers | Monthly or as invoiced | Within 7 days of invoice approval |
Affiliates | Monthly | By the 5th of each month (for previous month’s earnings) |
📦 4. When Will I Get Paid?
You’ll receive payment once:
The order has been delivered and confirmed by the customer
The return window (if applicable) has expired
There are no disputes or pending refunds related to the sale
Example:
If your product is delivered on July 1st and the return window is 7 days, your payout will be processed after July 8th and sent in the next weekly cycle.
💳 5. Payment Methods
We currently support the following payout options in Kenya:
M-Pesa (Till or PayBill)
Bank Transfer (Kenyan commercial banks only)
Cheque (for corporate vendors only, by arrangement)
Make sure your payment details are accurate to avoid delays.
🚫 6. Delayed or Missing Payments
If you haven’t received your payment within the expected timeframe:
Check your email or vendor portal for updates or error notices
Confirm that your payment details are correct and up to date

Please allow up to 3 business days for investigation and resolution.
🔐 7. Security and Compliance
All payments are processed securely and in compliance with Kenya’s data protection and anti-money laundering laws. You may be asked to provide identification or proof of address for verification.
