Understanding your fees and tracking your performance is critical to your success on Clicknbuy Technologies. This article explains the types of fees we charge, how they are calculated, and how to access your reports for transparency and financial tracking.

 

💰 1. Overview of Platform Fees

We charge a small commission or service fee for each transaction processed through Clicknbuy. These fees help us maintain the platform, process payments securely, and support marketing and customer service functions.

a) Vendor Fees

We provide detailed reporting tools to help you track your earnings, orders, and fees.

Accessing Your Reports

  1. Login to your Vendor Dashboard or Affiliate Portal

  2. Navigate to “Reports” or “Earnings” section

  3. View and download:

    • Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales reports

    • Commission breakdowns

    • Refund and dispute adjustments

    • Payout statements

Reports are updated in real time and can be exported in CSV or PDF format for accounting purposes.


🔎 3. Understanding Your Statement

Each payout statement includes:

  • Total number of sales completed

  • Gross revenue

  • Platform fees and commissions

  • Refunds or disputes deducted

  • Net payout amount

  • Payment status (Processing, Paid, On Hold)

Always review your statements to ensure accuracy. Contact us for any discrepancies.


🧾 4. Invoices and Tax Documentation

You can generate official invoices and receipts for each payout through your dashboard. These documents include:

  • Your legal name or business name

  • Tax ID (if provided)

  • Breakdown of all fees charged

  • Total amount paid out

If you are a registered business, ensure your KRA PIN is updated in your profile for proper tax reporting.

Q: Why was my payout lower than expected?

A: This may be due to commission deductions, returns, or promotional discounts. Review your statement for full details.

Q: Can I dispute a fee?

A: Yes. If you believe a fee was charged incorrectly, email support@clicknbuy.co.ke with your Order ID and explanation.

Q: How do I change my billing email or bank details?

A: Go to Account Settings > Payment Info in your vendor or affiliate portal, and update your details.
