🛒 2. How to Buy a Gift Card

You can purchase a gift card by:

1. Visiting the Gift Cards Page

2. Selecting the amount (KES 500, KES 1,000, KES 2,500, KES 5,000, or custom)

3. Choosing Digital Delivery (email) or Physical Delivery

4. Adding recipient details and a personal message (optional)

5. Completing payment via M-Pesa, card, or PayPal

🎉 You’ll receive a confirmation email, and the recipient will get the gift card code with usage instructions.

🧾 3. How to Redeem a Gift Card

To use a gift card on a purchase:

1. Add items to your cart on www.clicknbuy.co.ke

2. At checkout, enter your Gift Card Code in the “Promo/Gift Code” field

3. The card balance will be applied automatically

4. If your order total exceeds the card value, you can pay the difference using another payment method

To check your remaining balance:

• Go to Gift Card Balance Checker

• Enter your gift card code

• View your current balance and transaction history

A: Refunds are issued back to the original gift card. If your gift card was already used, we’ll reissue the amount as store credit.
