Getting Receipt Copies

At Clicknbuy Technologies, we automatically generate receipts for every successful order placed on our platform. Whether you need a receipt for recordkeeping, business reimbursement, or tax purposes, we make it easy to access and download copies anytime.

 

📬 1. Where to Find Your Receipt

a) Order Confirmation Email

Right after placing an order, you will receive an email with:

  • Order summary

  • Total amount paid

  • Receipt download link

Look for the subject line:
“Your Clicknbuy Order Confirmation – Order #[Your Order Number]”

💡 Can’t find the email? Check your Spam or Promotions folder.


b) My Account Dashboard

To retrieve a receipt for any past order:

  1. Log in to your account at www.clicknbuy.co.ke/my-account

  2. Go to “Orders” or “Order History”

  3. Locate the relevant order and click “View Receipt” or “Download Invoice”

  4. Choose PDF or print format as needed

✅ Receipts are available for all completed and paid orders.


📄 2. What’s Included in the Receipt?

Your Clicknbuy receipt includes:

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Buyer details (name, email)

  • Itemized list of products purchased

  • Subtotal, shipping, VAT (if applicable), and total paid

  • Payment method used

  • Clicknbuy’s company details and tax ID (where applicable)


🧾 3. Requesting a Copy Manually

If you checked out as a guest or lost access to your account/email, you can request a receipt manually:

How to Request:

Email us at support@clicknbuy.co.ke with:

  • Your full name

  • Phone number used during the order

  • Order number (if known)

  • Approximate order date

We’ll email your receipt within 1–2 business days.

Q: Can I get a business receipt or invoice with my company name and KRA PIN?

A: Yes. During checkout, select “Business Purchase” and provide your company details. You can also request this by emailing us after your order.

Q: What if I lost access to the email I used for the order?

A: Contact our support team with your order details, and we’ll verify your identity to issue a new receipt.

Q: Are receipts valid for warranty claims?

A: Yes. Your digital receipt serves as proof of purchase for warranties and returns.
